The C4D series Silicon Carbide (SiC) diodes are ultra-fast, high-voltage rectifier diodes designed for high-frequency, high-efficiency power electronics. Unlike conventional silicon diodes, SiC diodes offer near-zero reverse recovery, lower switching losses, and high-temperature operation, making them ideal for modern SMPS, inverters, PFC stages, and resonant converters.
These diodes are housed in a TO-247 package, allowing excellent thermal performance and high power handling in demanding applications.
