LANOTOP Refunds & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
🌍 International customers: Refunds and returns are available under the same conditions. Your local consumer protection laws may also provide additional rights.
