Refund policy

LANOTOP Refunds & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

  • Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

🌍 International customers: Refunds and returns are available under the same conditions. Your local consumer protection laws may also provide additional rights.
